NJ Makers Day Update!

We are excitied to announce we have secured our location for NJ Makers Day 2016! We have partnered with the Vineland Public Library to bring this event to our community. It will be held on Saturday, March 19 from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the Children’s Department.

Children ages 5 to 12 are invited to enjoy a variety of stations to spark creativity and stimulate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) learning, including a Creativity Station (with LEGOs), a Chemistry Station, an Electronics Station, an Engineering Station, an Art/Chemistry Station and a Physics Station.

Makerspaces across the state are having a significant impact on education and job skills development by providing access to people, information, resources, and tools that facilitate making to a wide variety of skill levels and we are excitied over the opportunity to work together to help bring this to our community.

Registration is required to attend the event and is also free!
